Since his feature debut, Radu has created other works that leave a mark. His latest, "Tata" (2024), co-directed with Lina Vdovîi, was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and delves in to the themes of intergenerational trauma and the exploitation of immigrants.
Prior to his transition into filmmaking, Radu made significant contributions to Romanian journalism. He co-founded Casa Jurnalistului, Romania's pioneering independent media organization. His journalistic career also included notable collaborations with prestigious international news outlets such as Channel 4 News, Al Jazeera, and The Guardian, further honing his storytelling skills and global perspective.
